Particles analysis became nowadays essential in many fields. Powder granulometry is a must know if one is to control perfectly a production process.

Cement or ceramic properties depend on the distribution of particle size. There are numerous examples in many fields : cements, ceramics, mineral, pharmaceutical, geology, paintings, ink, petrochemical industry...

The Zeta potential is a second parameter enabling to anticipate the particles behaviour in an environment, and notably its stability.

At last, the morphological analysis enables to complete an analysis and to explain powders behaviour, or a powder intification during medico-legal analysis.



Granulometer
The analysis of particles size distribution is an essential data to anticipate the powder behaviour in a process, or its physical properties (cement, ceramic, toner...).

Zetameter
The Zeta potential is a parameter which describes the interaction between a particle with its environment, thus it enables to anticipate a suspension or an emulsion stability.

Morphological analysis
If the sizes analysis and the distribution analysis enable to characterize quickly and reliably a powder, these analysis do not give any information on particles shape.
Rehometer
Rehology is the study of fluids flow and solids distortion when subjected to constraints or distortions.
