With laboratory oil free piston air compressors, air is aspired into cylinders
before being compressed by the movement of one or several pistons. A check
valve system enables to send the compressed air in a tank.
Spiral air compressors for laboratory work by rotation of a mobile spiral
around a fixed spiral. The air penetrating in the motor is compressed by
the mobile spiral movement and sent toward the tank. This continuous movement
allows the compression process to be indefinitly repeated. Finally, this
kind of compressors liberate a compressed air quatily meeting the Class
0 of the norm ISO 8573-1 (2001 version).
