ATLAS COPCO
- EWD electronic purgers of condensates ensure a safe, reliable and
economic handling of condensates.
- The smart discharge function monitors condensates accumulation thanks
to liquid level sensors, and evacuates condensates only when necessary,
which avoids compressed air and energy wastings.
- Extremely safe and reliable, the EWD evacuation devices enable to
solve all condensate evacuation problems, including in most polluted
systems.
- The range of EWD evacuation includes numerous models adapted to
the evacuation of oil contaminated condensates. In addition they can
be equipped with hard covering for oil free more aggressive condensates.

JUN-AIR
- JUN-AIR piston compressors without soundproof box are delivered
with a manual drain (or purge) valve enabling to purge the condensate
air tank. An optional automatic purge system can be provided on demand.
- The automatic purge consists in a electronic valve and a time-switch
which enable an evacuation of the condensates at regular intervals
and each stop of the compressor.
- To complete that automatic purge system, JUN-AIR proposes a condensate
recovery bottle which has to be placed directly on the compressor
and from which the evacuation tube of the automatic purge is connected.
The automatic purge tubes of the filters can also be connected to
this recovery bottle.
