The PromethION 2 Integrated (P2i) is a compact, high-performance nanopore sequencing device that combines sequencing and analysis in one integrated system. Designed for labs requiring high-output sequencing without the need for large infrastructure, it supports up to two independent PromethION Flow Cells, each capable of delivering terabases of data.
With built-in compute and GPU acceleration, the P2i enables real-time DNA and RNA sequencing, advanced basecalling, and immediate analysis. Its desktop format and streamlined design make it ideal for research groups, clinical applications, and sequencing environments that need both scalability and efficiency.
