The Zeta potential is a parameter which describes the interaction between a particle and its environment. Doing so, it enables to anticipate a suspension or an emulsion stability. A Zeta potential having a high absolute value will indicate a stability, while low values will be the sign of instability. Applications are very diversified : food industry, biotechnology and medical (proteins), pharmaceutical, ceramic, wastewater treatment plant, mining...

Particle morphological analysis
