ADVANTAGES OF X-RAY INSPECTION

It is a non-destructive analysis, which, without altering the chemical product or organoleptic composition properties of the products, detects contaminants inside (in any type of container or packaging) and verifies their completeness and compliance.Contaminants with a density higher than the density of the sample inspected products (metals, glass, highly calcified products bone, stones, shells, ceramics, PVC, Viton®) will no longer be a problem.

Hardware :

Three X-ray tubes (adjustable according to the shape of the product), thanks to a reduced focus and a high level of quality, lead to high and constant performance over time, with a particular focus on
the lower part of glass jars and bottles. This makes the Dymond M the perfect machine for the inspection of liquid products in small quantities; glass jars and bottles.

Thanks to the adjustable triple beam technology, Dymond M provides the best performance for entire products (without blind spots). The latest generation of detectors provides optimal images suitable for analysis.

The machine can be delivered with a complete system of a conveyor, ejection device and collector, tailor-made to the products and the layout of the existing production line. The products can be reliably inspected with a minimum spacing (2cm).

Software :

X-ray images are almost silent with high noise and excellent contrast even at high product speeds. The entire interface is very user-friendly and is provided using refined and sophisticated algorithms. The machine has a 5-level control, which makes it compatible with the most demanding control protocols.
