Optical emission spectrometer Avio 3000 ICP-OES
Perkin Elmer
Avio 3000 ICP-OES: high-throughput elemental analysis with BSI-CMOS detector, HeliPlate™ plasma, chiller-free operation and low argon consumption for efficient routine labs.
Designed to meet the demands of high-throughput laboratories, the Avio 3000 ICP-OES guarantees fast, accurate elemental analysis perfectly suited to a wide range of sample matrices.
Advantages
Simultaneous ICP-OES analysis for improved speed and productivity.
High-sensitivity BSI-CMOS detector with low noise and fast acquisition.
HeliPlate™ plasma with up to 50% lower argon consumption.
Chiller-free operation for simpler installation and lower running costs.
Strong tolerance to complex matrices, including certain organic samples.
Optimized for high-throughput analysis and reduced operating costs.
The Avio 3000 ICP-OES continues the evolution of the Avio platform with a redesigned architecture focused on speed, sensitivity and operational efficiency. It features true simultaneous analysis, supported by a backside-illuminated BSI-CMOS detector that improves acquisition speed, signal-to-noise ratio and overall spectral performance. This design helps deliver fast, robust results across the full spectral range, even when analyzing challenging matrices such as high-salt solutions or organic samples.
HTDS offers a system built to reduce operating costs as well. The HeliPlate™ plasma technology uses up to 50% less argon than conventional helical-coil ICP systems while maintaining a stable and robust plasma. In addition, the Avio 3000 is designed to operate without an external chiller, which helps reduce energy consumption, maintenance needs, noise and bench space requirements.
This instrument is particularly well suited to laboratories working in quality control, environmental analysis, metallurgy, chemistry and materials science that need to process a high number of samples with short turnaround times. Its positioning as a high-throughput, low-cost analysis platform makes it a strong choice for improving productivity without compromising analytical quality.
