HTDS Certified Competent Body in Radioprotection (OCR)

Since April 2026, HTDS has been officially certified as a Competent Body in Radioprotection (OCR) by Qualianor Certification. This recognition marks a key milestone in the company’s development and opens new opportunities to support our clients in the Security, Product Control, and Radioprotection sectors within an increasingly demanding regulatory environment.

 

Field expertise serving a comprehensive radioprotection offering

With more than 20 years of on-site presence, HTDS has gradually identified a growing need for radioprotection support. Many stakeholders today face strengthened regulatory obligations and are seeking reliable, operational solutions adapted to their constraints.
In this context, HTDS launched an OCR certification process in early 2025 with a clear ambition: to structure an expert offering and provide comprehensive support as a Radioprotection Advisor (CRP).

Thanks to this certification, HTDS can now handle all radioprotection-related obligations:

From training to certification: one year of commitment

 

Obtaining the OCR certification relied on a structured and demanding process carried out over nearly a year, made possible thanks to the strong involvement of our teams, particularly Gaëlle Vincent and Jean-Patrick Ly Morisse.


 

 

 

 

Key stages of this project:

  • April & May 2025: Specialized training (PCR level 2 bridge and enhanced CRP) delivered by APAVE Nord

  • August 2025: White audit with INGERIS Consulting to validate organizational maturity

  • November 2025: Document audit conducted by Qualianor Certification

  • March 2026: On-site audit at the Charles & Alice food industry site, validating practices under real conditions

  • April 2026: Official obtaining of the OCR certification

Whenever possible, defective parts are refurbished within our repair laboratory and then reused after requalification. This process reduces resource waste, minimizes waste production, and actively contributes to combating technological obsolescence.Each maintenance intervention and repair process strictly adheres to current environmental and safety standards.Our goals: Ensure a high level of protection for users and our teams throughout the lifecycle of our solutions. Offer sustainable and repairable solutions in line with current security and environmental responsibility requirements. Support our clients in the controlled and sustainable use of our systems through tailored training and technical support.In addition, we provide specific training for operators using our equipment. This training ensures better system mastery, prevents handling errors, and allows for precise monitoring of component aging. HTDS secures the UNOC 2025 in Nice

  HTDS had the honor of providing security for the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC) in Nice!   As part of its partnership with the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, HTDS was mobilized to ensure the security of the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC), a major international event held in Nice from June 3 to June 13, 2025. Our mission: Protect the participantsDetect potential threatsEnsure the security of a strategic site, under heightened surveillance throughout the duration of the event. To meet these requirements, HTDS deployed a comprehensive and robust security system: 14 620XR X-ray scanners for efficient luggage inspection16 metal detection gates for smooth and secure access screening1 OpenGate for discreet and fast VIP passage A dedicated team was mobilized to implement this system, with on-site duty ensured throughout the service period to guarantee maximum responsiveness when needed. This success once again highlights HTDS's ability to support major institutions with their security challenges, thanks to proven expertise, cutting-edge solutions, and a committed and engaged technical team. A big thank you to the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs for their renewed trust. Congratulations to our teams for their professionalism, rigor, and efficiency on the ground!

HTDS will participate in Milipol Paris 2025

 HTDS is excited to announce its participation in Milipol Paris 2025, the global event for homeland security, from November 18 to 21, 2025, at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center. Organized under the auspices of the French Ministry of the Interior, this biennial event brings together key players from both public and private security sectors to showcase the latest technological innovations and discuss current challenges in the industry. The 2023 edition welcomed over 1,100 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors from 160 countries, solidifying its status as a must-attend event. On this occasion, HTDS will showcase its latest innovative solutions: RX Orion 920 DX Scanner – from Rapiscan : a versatile dual-view inspection system offering optimal image quality and advanced threat detection, ideal for demanding security environments. This next-generation dual-view scanner combines performance, reliability, and speed for high-security environments. It simultaneously generates a side and a vertical image of the same object, reduces blind spots, and facilitates threat detection.  Its Spectrum 4-Color Imaging (SP4) technology differentiates materials by color based on their composition, while the Zeff, Target, and NARCScan functions enable assisted identification of explosives and illicit substances. Designed for networked and multi-station integration, it ensures smooth and secure control of critical infrastructure.   VipIR – from 908 Devices: a chemical analyzer featuring Smart Spectral Processing (SSP) technology, combining Raman and FTIR spectroscopy in a 3-in-1 solution, allowing rapid and reliable identification of solid and liquid substances from a single sample.   The combination of these two complementary technologies ensures accuracy, redundancy, and reliability in the most demanding operational environments. Compact, robust, and intuitive, the VipIR is ideal for security forces, customs, forensic laboratories, and response teams, facilitating the identification of narcotics, explosives, and hazardous chemicals.   Z Backscatter Checkpoint (ZBC) – from Rapiscan: a compact inspection portal using Z Backscatter technology for fast and reliable threat detection in vehicles. The ZBC scans cars, trucks, and freight containers, even in confined spaces, thanks to its modular design and open tunnel.
